1. Identify and engage community partners and residents, motivate residents to participate in the Participatory Budgeting Program, and develop communities' long-term skills to lead future civic processes 

1. Coordinate and/or host in-person and/or digital events or conversations to make the PB program accessible and inviting, and to encourage new and diverse perspectives to participate
